Capabilities

The Rome facility occupies 150,000 square feet on 28 acres conveniently located only 60 miles from both Atlanta, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee. The plant houses four presses capable of producing 45 million pounds of aluminum extrusions each year.

The press sizes are:
1500 Ton 6” diameter
1650 Ton 7” diameter
2200 Ton 8” diameter
2700 Ton 8” diameter

We have several aluminum alloys available, including 6063, 6060, 6005, and 6061.

In addition, we have both painting and thermal break “fill and debridge” capabilities on side and provide packaging and delivery to your location using our fleet of trailers.
